The dynamic between the Client, the Designer, and the Contractor needs to be one of mutual respect. The best drawn plans and intentions can easily go awry when communication is unclear. Site conditions, product availability, budget restrictions, and installation quality all are major factors in the completion of a satisfactory project.

My years of experience testify to my ability to solve problems and clearly present options while working in conjunction with experienced Contractors to resolve issues as they arise. Regular site reviews and meetings are critical to keeping a project on track.
